Chugach Park View is a subdivision a few minutes south of Anchorage.  Two-and-a-half acre lots are available there in one of the most beautiful spots on earth.  Look out on Turnagain Arm and the Kenai Mountains beyond.  Look up behind you to the Chugach Mountains.

Walk to the Arm and dip for Hooligan in May.  Watch Bald Eagles swoop down and catch dinner now and then.  See Beluga Whale chase the Silvers in the late summer and fall.

Hike on the trails up behind Chugach Park View, all the way back into town, or all the way down to Alyeska.
